A message to our clients about .NET 10

HIPAAsuite, Rebuilt on .NET 10

Stronger security, a leaner core, and faster customizations.

Dear customer,

Over the past several months we’ve rolled out the most significant update in HIPAAsuite’s history: a complete rebuild of the entire suite on Microsoft .NET 10, powered by our new Aurora processing engine.

We shipped it deliberately quietly — a seamless upgrade, with no disruption to the transactions you run every day. Now that the new version has proven itself stable in production, we want to tell you what changed and why it matters to you.

Stronger security, by design

The rebuild let us modernize security from the ground up — a current, fully-supported platform, hardened data access, and refreshed cryptography and dependencies throughout. Your data is protected by today’s standards, not yesterday’s.

More reliable

Rebuilding the core gave us the chance to resolve long-standing issues at their root. The claims, remittances, enrollments, and acknowledgments you process now run on cleaner, better-tested code.

A leaner, modern codebase

We consolidated years of accumulated code into a smaller, clearer foundation. That’s not just housekeeping — a lean codebase is faster for us to maintain, easier to reason about, and quicker to evolve as the standards change.

Customizations, faster than ever

This is the part we’re most excited to share. The clean new foundation, combined with AI-assisted development, means we can turn your specific requirements — new transaction types, custom mappings, tailored workflows — around faster and more affordably than we ever could before.

To be clear: AI assists our engineers in building and tailoring the software; it never touches your data or any PHI.

If you’re on the current release, you already have all of this — there’s nothing you need to do. And if there’s a customization you’ve had in mind but assumed was too costly or slow to build, now is a good time to ask. We’d welcome the conversation.

As always, thank you for trusting HIPAAsuite with your EDI.

Warm regards,

Martin Scholl
