Home Health Care Information

This tab lists conditions and procedures that are administered at home and not at the office. Services range from a temporary rehabilitation to hospice care for terminally ill patients. The Home Healthcare segment, CR6, has up to 17 fields. Prognosis, Home Health Start Date, Certification Type Code and MediCare Indicator are the only required ones.
