Can I work with spreadsheets in HIPAA Claim Status Checker?

The HIPAA Claim Status Checker application has modules that allows for importing data to the database using spreadsheets to a spreadsheet. To accomplish this, the application has two options:

oImport Method

oAdvanced Import Engine

 

What does each import method do?

Import Method

To access this method, you can find it under the "SpreadSheet(Import)" tab in the main menu window as shown below:

 

 

Spreadsheet Import Setup

The "Spread Sheet Import Setup" allows you to configure how the data will be imported. If you choose the "Spread Sheet Import Setup" option, you will see the following window (see Spreadsheet Import Setup):

 

 

It is important to note that the import fields must equal the saved configurations to ensure a successful import.
