Can I work with spreadsheets in HIPAA Claim Payment Master?

The HIPAA Claim Payment Master application has modules that allows for importing data to the database using spreadsheets or exporting data to a spreadsheet. To accomplish this, the application has three options:

oImport Method

oExport to Spreadsheet 

oAdvanced Import Engine

 

What does each import method do?

Import Method

To access this method, you can find it under the "Spread Sheet(Import/Export)" tab in the main menu window as shown below:

 

The "Import" option is under the "Spreadsheet (Import/Export)" tab.

Spreadsheet Import Setup

The "Spread Sheet Import SetUp" allows you to configure how the data will be imported. If you choose the "Spread Sheet Import SetUp" option, you will see the following window (see Spreadsheet Import Setup):

 

The "Import to DB" window.

It is important to note that the import fields must equal the saved configurations to ensure a successful import.
